At Dance Dynamics, our company is not just any dance team, we are a tight-knit family. Here, bonds that last a lifetime are forged, and our dancers uplift one another through unwavering teamwork and dedication. Our Pre-Professional & Youth Competitive Company is a small boutique ensemble. We firmly believe that nurturing personal connections and investing our undivided time and commitment to our students is key to molding true dancers. We also have a Pre-Company consisting of young dancers who would like try company their first year. They will still enjoy all the perks to company just with fewer performances to dance at. New this year is our dance team company specifically for high school dance team dancers to compete with our company while complying to the IHSA regulations.

It's one thing to be a great dancer, but becoming a great dancer takes more than just technique-it takes heart. With a balanced approach to working hard, learning, and having fun, our dancers develop into strong and vibrant individuals, capable of meeting any challenge presented throughout life.  Our competitive company is an award-winning company that competes, performs, and attends workshops and conventions.  Styles include: Hip Hop, Jazz, Lyrical, Musical Theater, Contemporary, and Tap in Pre-Company, Youth, and Pre-Professional ensembles. Our dancers learn true artistry & train with top-of-the-line choreographers and instructors throughout the year.

A company member is required to attend 4-5 days of classes a week and additional company rehearsals during the week and on Sundays.  They will perform around the local area, compete in numerous competitions a year, and attend multiple conventions with world-class instructors from Los Angeles, New York, and Chicago.  Being a part of our elite competitive company is a great experience for any young dancer from the age of 4-18 that just loves to dance!
